A Note on Safety
SAFETY
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, children’s clothing and accessories such as shoe lace holders and buttons, and grooming, feeding and hygiene products such as diaper pins and clips, barrettes, toothbrushes, drinking glasses, dishes and eating utensils are exempt from small parts warning requirements because they need to be small to perform their intended purpose.
However, we’re gonna warn you anyways because we care.
Hair accessories which include hair clips, bows, decorative embellishments, hair bands/elastics and head wraps are for use at your own risk. By placing an order with us, and/or using our products - you agree that Baby Love Bow Co. and its affiliates accept absolutely no liability for use/misuse or lack of supervision or any loss incurred while using our products.
Any hair accessory (not just Baby Love Bow Co. hair accessories!) are NOT TOYS and are not intended for unsupervised use by children under 3 years of age.
Do not leave your children unattended with any products that contain small parts as small parts pose a choking risk if put in mouth. Infants should not wear any sort of headgear to sleep, including hair accessories and hats. Remove all accessories from your child before placing them down for sleep.
Infants and children can overheat easily even in mild weather. Hair accessories and headgear can contribute to heat illnesses; do not use when there is any risk of your child becoming too warm and promptly remove if your child exhibits any signs of becoming too warm while wearing.
Monitor your child for any adverse reactions while using hair accessories and headgear, and discontinue use immediately and consult a health practitioner if any reaction or irritation occurs.
We thank you for your understanding, your vigilance, and your caution!
